When you join you gain access to the current month’s programming and any additional content contained in the bonus library. If you discontinue your membership, you lose access to the membership site and content. When you rejoin you are rejoining from that month on and will not regain content from previous months. As long as you have a current membership you will continue to have access to the membership site and the membership content including upcoming monthly content.
Many email programs are now filtering emails and therefore sending them to the junk folder. To prevent this from happening, add our email addresses to your contact list. Add firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com. If our emails continue to go to your spam folder follow the instructions here: https://www.whatcounts.com/resources/checklists/how-to-safelist-emails/
We love that you want to be personally coached on a live call. You’ll be so pleased with the results. First, go the coaching page here, click the apply link and fill in the form. You’ll be notified via email if there’s still room on the upcoming call for you to be coached. If not we will offer you alternative dates. In the meantime, you can use the coaching questions form to submit written questions. Then check back on the coaching page for the response in the next couple of days.
Each month from the time you join and while your membership is active you will be charged automatically until you cancel your membership. You can stay as long or short as you want but we recommend at least a year for best results.

If you choose to cancel, email email@example.com. We only require a 72 hours’ notice of cancellation. Be aware if you are within 3 days of your renewal your next month’s renewal will be charge but not future months. Following the first month of use, we do not issue refunds for any reason. Please note that if you cancel and then choose to return you’ll lose the content from previous months in your membership site and you’ll also be required to pay the current rate. (Your current rate is the rate you pay as long as your membership is active.)
Yes. All the calls are recorded and then added to the monthly content. Just go to the current month and click on the video of the call you missed.
