Relationships can feel so hard when you’re grieving. You’re grateful for the people in your life. You’re grateful to not be totally alone but there’s a disconnect. You don’t know why you feel so angry or frustrated or disappointed with people and why you’re taking it out on your family or co-workers.
Your grief affects how you show up. It affects how you feel about yourself and how you feel about your relationships. Grief makes you feel like nothing is right in the world.
