You are central to your world. We reject this idea because we don’t want to be self-centered but who else is there with you all the time? Only you. You are with you all the time so it makes sense that you would want to get involved in that relationship.
Becoming your best cheerleader requires patience, kindness and curiosity. You’ll want to get involved in the positive nutrition that you feed yourself each day. Despite the pain of grief, you can create a habit of inviting more good into your mind and flushing the bad out.
