julie cluff, build a life after loss podcast ep 165 calming fear

Fear is a tricky emotion. Fear is vitally important and can keep you safe. But so frequently in our modern world we fear experiences and even emotions that feel scary but are relatively harmless.  Fear of the harmless or exaggerated fear is not helpful. Inappropriate fear can keep you stuck instead of safe. Exaggerated emotion can exaggerate your reactions and hamper your progress.

But how do you tell the difference between fear that keeps you safe and fear that keeps you stuck? And when you do identify fear that is keeping you stuck what can you do about it to move forward? Listen in this week as we discuss fear, exaggeration and what to do next.

Since I launched this podcast over 3 years ago, we have had thousands of downloads. I am so humbled by your response and I’m grateful for your support of my efforts to bring hope to the world of grief. If you listen on an app that allows you to leave a review will you be so kind to leave a review.

Thank you again for listening. You are why I’m here. Remember I believe in you!
