In today’s episode we’ll explore the grief, pain and suffering that’s associated with loss.
The concentration camp prisoner Viktor Frankl famously wrote, “Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”
We talk about what happens in that space between stimulus and response and how you can affect it to your advantage, the difference between pain and suffering, and ways you can create space between stimulus and response.
There comes a time when suffering is optional.
