Why do we sometimes feel motivated and other times we don’t even when we want to be? This week I learned more about the Expectancy Theory of Motivation and I noticed how that was playing out in my life with what I was wanting to be motivated to do. And I thought about how it plays out in our hope and desire (or lack of hope and desire) for feeling better and healing.
This week I share the principles of motivation that will help you to see why your motivation is where it is and what you can do about it if you’re wanting more motivation.
