Let’s talk all about triggers, expectations, and disappointment. I had a lot of hard emotions because of my expectations on Mother’s Day this past weekend. I know how important it is to work through tough emotions rather than let them fester.
I also am aware that many people have conflicting emotions about Mother’s Day. It’s important that we work through these and then ground ourselves in emotions of love and gratitude. So let’s talk about practices that can help you to release hard emotions, access your inner wisdom, and gain clarity.
